Shipping:

After payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 workdays. 

Order status: after the item is shipped out, we will fill in a tracking number within 48 hours. You also will be noted by email or message. If you don't receive anything, email info@cooghi.com for order status updates. 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Operation Time: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. 

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

DOMESTIC: 3-5 Business Days (Order over $99)

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
Standard Post (DHL eCommerce): 3-8 Business Days ($100 insurance included)

DHL eCommerce International Priority 4-12 Business Days ($100 insurance included)
UPS Worldwide Expedited 2-5 business days ($100 insurance included)

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, contact us for a shipping label within 14 days of receiving the productNo exchanges at this time! Include your order information in the email!
